Should your Ollas arrive damaged, please contact us. We take great pride in our packing and are happy that we have had very few Ollas break in transit, but occasionally one does. We would be happy to replace it or issue a full refund.
If you are unsatisfied with your Ollas for any other reason, please contact us as well. We want you to be happy, and if you are not, we want to know! Our Ollas can be returned or replaced if you contact us within 30 days of receiving them. If you return our Ollas in our original packaging, we will refund your original purchase and reimburse you for return shipping.
